What Kind of Snake(s)?
While on a family hike Jane spotted these intertwined snakes in a field not far from our home...
We all agree that snakes are more than a bit creepy.
But Janelle took the picture...
But we've no clue what they are?

I can't say for sure because I'm no expert, but it looks like either a couple of kingsnakes or cottonmouths. The king snakes aren't venomous, but cottonmouths are.
