Shock. Sadness. Yet relief.
Early yesterday evening a charter bus pulled into Green Lake (Wi) Christian Conference Center, hauling teens and adults to participate in the Bible Quiz Fellowship National Tournament.
A long drive, through bombarding rain, through Chicago...and now they had safely arrived...
About a half-hour later the driver suffered a massive heart attack and soon stepped into eternity.
We grieve for the driver's family.
We also recognize that had the attack happened earlier, an entire busload may have been severely injured or killed.
The sovereignty of God trumps the "whys" of life...
