This is an easy one. In the first slot-- Stevie Ray Vaughn. All a close second: Buddy Guy, Albert King, B.B. King, Muddy Waters, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix (who credited these others with teaching him how to PLAY)
Owen says Carlos Santana, followed by Robert Cray, David Gilmore and Alvin Lee. Lori submits her oldest brother, Terry Cox, seriously skilled on the strings!
I'd have to say my favorite to watch is Phil Keaggy... But there are som many others that come to mind. David Gilmour, Jimi Hendrix, Steve Vai, the list could go on for a while... I'm sticking with Phil Keaggy at the top though. He's pretty much phenomenal. I love his experimentation with the Ebow.
