Easter confirms the CHRISTmas worked, that 'good' Friday paid, and that we have assured hope.

Romans 15.13, "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you, by the power of the Holy Spirit, may abound in hope."


In my whacked-out younger years, before Jesus invaded my life, I echoed the mantra, "Ain't no hope without the dope." (first heard, I think, in Vietnam)


Thanks to the gospel, no matter what, no matter where...I can "abound in hope."
