Ain't No Mystery...

When someone...or more than one someone...confesses or is exposed in some sordid sin that causes them to, let's say hypothetically, abandon their church, their spouses, their children; it is natural to scream, "How did this happen?"

I've got the answer.

Well, not "I."

His Word.

The details will vary; but the destructive cycle is constant.

Here it is:

"But each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire. Then desire when it has conceived gives birth to sin, and sin when it is fully grown brings forth death." (James 1.14, 15 {emphasis added})
