THINKABOUTIT - How is Your Use of Time?
“If we spend sixteen hours a day dealing with tangible things and only five minutes a day dealing with God, is it any wonder that tangible things are 200 times more real to us than God?” - William R. Inge
Interesting post, this first occurred to me this summer during missions week, at church. A man from Africa (not missionary) stated how they live more in the “spirit world” then we do…He stated a man’s word means something there. Based on what I think Africa might me like, it occurred to me that when a person only has their body, the Earth and relationships it is understandable that most of their time is spent in the “spirit”. I agree with the post, most of our time is spent in “stuff”…with that said, I have to go fold laundry. Sad.
